AddyPrints is a custom thermal label printing company specializing in:

All labels are printed using thermal printing technology based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications.

2. Custom Print Orders

Because every thermal label order is custom-made, all orders are printed exactly as submitted.
 

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct label size

• Submitting high-quality artwork

• Ensuring barcodes are scannable

• Reviewing spelling and layout

• Verifying correct roll quantity and orientation

 

AddyPrints is not responsible for printing issues caused by customer-uploaded files or incorrect specifications.

3. Turnaround & Processing Time

AddyPrints offers fast production, including:

​

• Same-day turnaround for most orders placed before the daily cutoff

• Next-day turnaround for later orders

• Longer production windows for bulk or contract printing (1–3 business days)

 

Turnaround time refers to printing and preparing the order, not the shipping transit time.

4. Proof Approval

​

Some orders may require digital proof approval.
Once a proof is approved, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled or edited.

5. Payment

​

Payment must be completed before production begins. We accept secure payment methods offered on the website through PCI-compliant processors.

6. Copyright & Content Responsibility

​

By submitting designs, you confirm:

• You own the content OR

• You have legal permission to print it

 

AddyPrints is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

AddyPrints guarantees fast production, but cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has been handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any courier.

We are not liable for:

​

• Shipping delays

• Lost or misdelivered packages

• Carrier operational issues

• Barcode scanning errors in customer-submitted designs

• Indirect or incidental damages

 

Our liability is limited to reprinting the order when applicable.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

 

We may refuse orders involving:

• Fraudulent or counterfeit labels

• Illegal use

• Offensive or harmful content

 

9. Policy Updates
