1. Processing Time (Turnaround)

AddyPrints offers extremely fast production:

​

• Same-day turnaround for most standard orders placed before cutoff

• Next-day turnaround for later orders

• 1–3 day turnaround for bulk or high-volume runs

 

Turnaround time = internal production, NOT delivery time.

 

2. Shipping Options

​

We offer:

​

• Same-day shipping (when time allows)

• Next-day shipping

• Standard and expedited methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

 

Shipping speed depends on the courier, not AddyPrints (if locally operated addyprints may personally deliver package(s)).

 

3. No Delivery Guarantees

​

Once your order is handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any courier:

 

AddyPrints cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

 

We are not responsible for:

​

• Carrier delays

• Weather issues

• Holidays

• Scanning or routing errors

• Lost, delayed, or “marked as delivered” packages

 

All delivery speeds shown at checkout are courier estimates only.

 

4. Tracking

​

A tracking number is emailed once the order ships.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers must provide accurate addresses.
AddyPrints is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

6. Packaging

​

All label rolls are packed to prevent:

• Crushing

• Bending

• Heat damage

• Moisture exposure

 

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

​

If a shipment is lost or damaged, we may reprint the order once the carrier confirms the claim.
