REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

Because all thermal labels are custom printed, all sales are final.
However, AddyPrints offers reprints when errors are caused by us.

​

1. All Sales Are Final

​

We cannot issue refunds for:

​

  • Wrong label size selected

  • Low-quality or blurry artwork submitted

  • Incorrect barcodes provided by customer

  • Spelling or design mistakes in customer files

  • Change of mind after printing

  • Orientation or roll direction chosen incorrectly

 

Thermal printers print exactly what is submitted.

 2. Free Reprints for AddyPrints Errors

​

We will reprint your order at no cost if:

​

  • We printed the wrong size

  • Print quality is defective

  • Labels are significantly misaligned

  • Roll quantity is incorrect

  • The file printed does not match what you uploaded

 

Photos may be required for verification.

​

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

​

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

​

  • A replacement may be issued after courier verification

  • Carrier claim processing may take several days

 

4. Reprint Turnaround

​

Reprints typically ship within 1–2 business days.
